What counts as one document?
One generated resume or one generated cover letter. Editing, restyling, and re-downloading a document you already generated is always free and never counts again — so a document only counts the first time you generate it.
What is the difference between the plans?
How often they bill, how many tailored documents they include, and how much of the premium toolkit they unlock. Each card above lists exactly what its plan includes, so you can compare them side by side before you pick one.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately — you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.
How many documents can I generate?
That depends on the plan — some include unlimited documents, others a set number each billing period. Every plan card above says which, and your account page tracks where you stand. If your plan has a limit and you reach it, a one-time top-off adds extra documents that carry over and never expire.
What happens when I cancel?
Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then simply stops renewing. Your profile, jobs, and generated documents stay in your account, and you can resume before the period ends with one click.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free trial needs nothing but an email address. We only ask for payment details if you decide to subscribe.
How long are my generated files retained?
While you're an active subscriber, your generated files are kept for as long as your membership lasts — they're never deleted for age. If you're on a free trial or your membership lapses, files are securely stored for 6 months from their last update, then automatically removed from our servers to protect your privacy. Be sure to download any documents you wish to keep.
Is there a fair use policy?
Yes. Plans are designed for one individual job seeker, not shared or resold accounts. In cases of heavy usage, some premium AI tools may be paused until your next billing cycle — your documents and account are never affected.
